Didn't run today. I'm still feeling a little icky, so I'll wait until tomorrow. I have cancelled running plans with my friends, though, so now I'm on my own. We'll see how it goes. It might just be a real quick treadmill run. That's okay.
The half is still weeks away, so I've got plenty of time to prepare!
